彩繪李火增　找回昭和美麗臺灣的色彩

写真は芸術的資産であるだけではなく、多くの文化、歴史、そして事件の証人でもあります。言葉よりも印象的で説得力のある歴史的写真。私たちは前人の足跡をさらに直感的に認識する事ができるでしょう。
「ライカ」カメラはその時代の人々にとってステイタスシンボルであり、また上流階級に流行した一つのファッションスタイルでした。「台湾総督府登録写真家」である22人の台湾の写真家は「ライカ」を使い、ノスタルジックで想像力に富んだ時代の思慮深いショットを撮影しました。 本書収録の写真は、大量の特徴的な作品を残した「台湾総督府登録写真家」李火增によって撮影されたものに「昔ながらの着彩手法」を用い、モノクロの世界から色鮮やかな動きを引き出しています。
 
Photography is not only an artistic asset, but also a witness to many cultures, histories, and events. Through more impressive and persuasive historical photographs than words, we can more intuitively grasp the footprints of the former people. The “Leica” camera was a status symbol for the people of that era and was one of the fashion styles popular among the upper classes. The "Photographer registered with the Governor-General of Taiwan", 22 Taiwanese photographers took thoughtful shots of a nostalgic, imaginative era by using "Leica". It bring out colorful movements from the monochrome world by using "Traditional coloring method" for the photographs in this book. Those were taken by “Taiwan Governor General Registered Photographer” LI Huo-Zeng who left a large number of unique works.
 
攝影作品不止是一種藝術資產，它同時見證了許多文化、歷史、事件的過程，後輩人有權利也有義務知曉前代人的努力，透過比文字更讓人印象深刻、信服的歷史照片，使我們對前人的足跡有比較直觀的認識。而「萊卡」相機是那個時代人們身份地位的象徵，同時也是上層社會的一種流行趨勢。「臺灣總督府登錄寫真家」22位臺灣籍攝影家，就是用「萊卡」相機記錄下當時代很多令人懷念、刻畫時代、引人深思的鏡頭，至今仍每每讓人幽賞不已。本書照片為留有大量作品且具特色的「臺灣總督府登錄寫真家」李火增所攝，並首次嘗試「古寫真上色」手法，將黑白年代鋪上動人色彩，讓這些平凡中帶有偉大時代意義的照片，呈現給普羅大眾，同時見證我們先輩們的博大精深。
